I received my Bell Mobility bill, and sure enough, the System Access Fee charges have been reversed. Not bad considering that the Customer Service rep told me repeatedly that there is no way she or anyone else could reverse the charges, that it was a "company policy". Was I lied to? Who knows? The plans with Bell Mobility end this year. If Bell wants to keep my business, they better have a sweet deal, or I'll be changing carriers. Number portability can't happen soon enough in Canada.
