This week I find out what my new pay is. According to our executive director, no non-union staff in our department were red circled (meaning that your salary is frozen in the interim with a possible reduction in the future). That is good news. The 40 hour work week was mentioned and essentially maintains the status-quo. On the issue of overtime, it has not been determined if the Planners have been made exempt, meaning no overtime but 5 extra vacation days, or not-exempt, meaning banked overtime.
