I Hate Bell Mobility: Update

Well, I got a call from a supervisor at Bell Mobility. I explained my situation and she agreed to credit me the fee since no one told me about. But, she told me that next I get a new cellphone there would be no credit since the 'fee' covers 'costs' related to upgrading (which they do at the store). Wow, thanks for positive customer relations. Are companies really that stupid?
